SPORT  AND BENEFİTS OF THE SPORT

Sport is the common name for all body movements that are performed in accordance with certain rules and techniques, are beneficial to physical development and also have the purpose of having fun and competing. İf we want to be healthy we should do sport. For example we can walk in the garden or we can do stretching exercises. So sport isnt mean football, fitness or something else. Our purpose should be healthy. We have a risk. Risk of injury. İf we just started doing sport light exercises are best for beginners. After that we can do harder exercises whenever we had developed physically.

İn Türkiye there are so many sports complexes and park. This is very good and I hope there will be more place for sport. A country who is successful in sport tournament people are happy and peaceful. For instance Türkiye had played quarter final in EURO 2024 and it was received with great enthusiasm. People were like a sibling when they were celebrating their success. This situation shows that sport is integrative. Also Liverpool players Muhammed Salah and Virgil Van Dijk had visited a disabled child and the child became the happiest person in the world. There are much examples like these.

Now lets talk about physical benefits of sport. İt helps maintain a healthy weight, supports heart health, improves quality of life, strengthens muscles and bones and extends life. So every person young, old, woman doesn’t matter every person should do sport.
