• You can try to focus on different activities to weaken your connection with the phone. For example, you can leave your phone in another room and read a book, knit, go for a walk, or ask your friends for face-to-face time. 

 
• You come across hundreds of content on social media platforms. Too much content means wasting too much time. You can also reduce your screen time by eliminating the people you follow.
