What is health? Who is a healthy person? What should we do to be healthy?
Hello my dear readers,
Today I am going to write about the questions that you can see at the top of the text.
Firstly, what is health?
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of infirmity. Health is the most important thing for people. For instance, if we were ill,we couldn’t travel or work or do many other things.
Nowadays, people do not care about their health; they always go to fast food restaurants to eat unhealthy food. Let me give you an official statistic. 70% of people prefer fast food every week. This is really scary! So we have to do something to stop them, because if they still eat such food, they might lose their health and die at a young age. Then what should they do? Firstly, they could do sports and eat more vegetables and fruits lnstead of fast food. It would be healthier for them. On the other hand, money cannot buy health. That’s why health is more important. For instance, doctors cannot find a cure for bone cancer. It is really interesting that we are in 2025 , but we cannot find treatments to heal all illnesses. So, we can see again that health is more important than anything.
Secondly, people just know thephysicala side of health, but they do not know the mental side of it. It is also really important because actually, illnesses usually come from our moods. But how? It looks impossible. Let me explain, if a person always thinks badly about his/her self, he/she always faces bad things. It is a smiliar rule for health. If an ill person doesn’t think positively about his/her illness, his/her illness is likely to go worse than past.
So thoughts also affect health. If our mentality is strong, we wont be ill so often because emotions affect our physical attitudes.
Finally, I want to ask some questions about being healthy to my readers : first, do you think that your mentality is strong enough to avoid illnesses? Second,how often do you go to fast food restaurant or how often do you eat unhealthy food?
