The fastest car: Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut

When the people think about the fastest car,
there are several brands that come to mind, like
Lamborghini, Ferrari, or Bugatti. But none of
those cars can reach the speed of Jesko
Absolute. But how did Koenigsegg (a 20-yearold brand) beat master brands in his field like
Ferrari or Bugatti?.
Koenigsegg Automotive AB was established in
1994 by 22-year-old founder Christian von
Koenigsegg in Sweden, Angelholm. Christian
Von Koenigsegg, who is a descendant of the
house of Koenigsegg, a noble family of
Germany
After two years of working, Their first car
Koenigsegg CC was produced in 1996. And
the cc appears in Richard Rickel.
In 2003, Koenigsegg faced an important
moment when their first factory in Sweden was
destroyed by a fire. The fire started in the
kitchen, quickly spreading to the thatched roof
and engulfing the entire building. But they
quickly recovered from the fire and in 2005 they
broke the World’s fastest car record. In early
2005, the record was in the hands of the
McLaren company with the car named F1.
Legendary F1 reached a 386 km/h top speed
and took the world record until Koenigsegg
came in. The CCR reached a 387 km/h top
speed in Nardo, Italy, and broke the world
record.
Agera means “to take action,” and there has
never been a more appropriate name for a car.
The Koenigsegg Agera, unveiled at the Geneva
Koenigsegg was started to take action with the
Agera, such as changing superchargers to
turbochargers and changing the interior lighting
system. They changed the wheels to VGR
wheels, which were designed like turbines to
take heat from car brakes. Koenigsegg
completely Redesigned its exhaust system to
virtually Eliminate turbo-lag, opening up a
world of Power potential while still retaining a
light, Compact engine package.
This allowed the Agera to arrive with a full 960
hp and over 1,100 Nm of torque—more than
enough to ‘take action’ whenever you need. The
Agera won the Top Gear Hypercar of the Year
award in 2010.
In 2008, CCX set a 29.2-second time for
0-300-0. This is incredibly fast even for
nowaday cars but the company showed us how
much did they developed themselves for
Three years with Agera r in 2011. The Agera R
broke the CCX’s record with 21.19 seconds
(this record is 0-300 acceleration and again
stopping to 0).
The Koenigsegg One was the first car for a one-one kg/hp ratio. The car was 1,360 kg curb
weight to match its 1,360 hp with a twin-turbo
V8 engine.
The Koenigsegg Regera
The Regera featured three electric motors and
one V8 twin-turbocharged engine producing
more than 1500 hp, and even more amazing
detail was that this power was directly sent to
the wheels, not to the gearbox, and this allowed
for less energy to be lost.
The Regera uses a system called Koenigsegg
Direct Drive, which uses the electric motors to
propel the car at take-off with the combustion
engine contributing drive from around 30 km/h
and beyond.
Koenigsegg built 80 Regeras in total.
And the world’s 0-400-0 record owner,
Koenigsegg Jesko.
The Koenigsegg Jesko made its debut at the
2019 Geneva International Motor Show. The
name Jesko comes from the name of Jesko Von
Koenigsegg, who is the father of Christian Von
Koenigsegg. They redesigned the V8 twin turbo engine, and Jesko had 1600 hp. Advanced
aerodynamics gave about 1400 kg of downforce
to the car. The interesting fact about
the Koenigsegg Jesko absolute is the car broke
the Regera’srecord. 27 seconds was Jesko’s
world record, and 28.81 seconds was Regera’s
record.
The manual and automatic car: In celebration of
the CC8S’s 20th anniversary,
The Koenigsegg CC850 was revealed at The
Quail during Monterey Car Week. The CC850
is a contemporary reimagining of the original
CC8S and introduces new technology such as
the Engage Shift System and the Gen
Chronocluster. ESS combines a 6-speed manual
shifting experience, complete with a clutch
pedal, with a fully automatic transmission with
super-fast and frictionless shifting.
